For cleaning and periodical maintenance at one of the major chemical plants in Moerdijk in the Netherlands, Framo has delivered two rental hydraulic pumping systems for long term use.
The agreement is together with the Framo partner Altena.
“One of our regular tasks is industrial work on chemical plants and refinery`s. The aim for Framo is to have the equipment and solutions that suits the customer. In this case all type of chemical and petroleum products are transferred by our Framo Hazardous Zone 2 and our Framo Atex certified portable equipment”, says Anno Platte in Framo Nederland.
The ATEX Certification is a certification of equipment intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. The fact that Framo also has ATEX approved equipment for use on shore makes the company a popular supplier.
Earlier this year, Framo had the delivery of two rental hydraulic pumping systems for long term use during cleaning and periodical maintenance at one of the largest chemical complexes in the Netherlands.
“Planning is half the job. Our experienced project engineers assist your team with planning the operation. This includes conducting HAZID/HAZOP analysis, to identify threats and hazards, selecting the optimum equipment and organizing the logistics”, says Platte.
