Framo has a dedicated service company performing installation, commissioning, start-up, and service, as well as spare part production and distribution for all Framo products.

Our services

Each installation where Framo products are installed has a dedicated skilled project engineer. All matters related to the specific installation will be handled by the project engineer. This ensures that your Framo contact has good knowledge of installation-specific requirements, in addition to knowledge about the pump system and its operational history.

Framo services for oil and gas installations include: installation (onshore and offshore), commissioning (onshore and offshore), start-up, maintenance, repair, modification, optimization of pump systems (as operational condition changes), annual inspections, condition monitoring, training, spare part production and spare part distribution.

Responsiveness

The production processes of Framo customers depend on our pump systems. Hence, personnel and spare parts are mobilized from one of our service centres within 24 hours if required.

We are able to offer world-class responsiveness thanks to: a stock of available spares, our own large and flexible workshops and machinery, a high number of service engineers, dedicated project engineers, and 24/7 phone service.

Spare parts

At Framo, quality control is paramount. All manufactured and reconditioned spare parts are controlled by our material control department in accordance with relevant requirements. That’s why we call them “Framo Genuine Spares”. We guarantee that spare parts will be provided as long as the product is in operation.
